Bike Share KC (formerly RideKC Bike) is Greater Kansas City's nonprofit, community-based shared mobility program. The system provides a unique integration of public transit and shared use mobility. A mix of traditional pedal bikes and electric-assist bikes provide residents and visitors with healthy, sustainable options for getting around Kansas City.

Bike Share KC is responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, customer support, and marketing. It is a program of BikeWalkKC, a nonprofit bicycle/pedestrian organization serving greater Kansas City with a mission to make our streets places for people to build a culture of active living.
Local government agencies are public sector partners providing funding and logistical support:

Municipalities in Kansas own their bike share equipment and contract with Bike Share KC to operate it as part of the regional system.
